We don't need to rely on our mind for remembering the Truth. We need to come back to our body, it knows everything. Our body brings us clarity. It shows us clearly what is in alignment with our path and what is not. Our body helps us see through feelings we often unconsciously suppress or don't take seriously. What is our initial unfiltered reaction? How does this future perspective really feel if we stop telling ourselves stories in our heads? Our body is speaking to us in clear signals. Listen. This is how you reconnect to your Truth.
